Portuguese at Manchesteris offering a full time Portuguese Graduate Teaching Fellowship and PhD opportunity, starting in Sept. 2009 for someone to do a full-time PhD with one of our teaching staff in any of the following areas: Modern or Contemporary Portuguese, Lusophone African or Brazilian Literatures and Cultures, or Portuguese Linguistics. The successful candidate will also teach 6 hours Portuguese Language a week. The financial support offered consists of: full fees, a bursary and a teaching salary (at this year’s rates, a total package of: £16,113.59 per annum for a UKor EU student). University
